Tameka Chapman is an award-winning global speaker, TV host, certified business growth strategist, and world-record author, who is determined to help women and girls live their most energized lives by adopting a winning mindset.

When Tameka was a young girl, she was determined to be a voice for other young girls, desiring to see them use their voices and stand up for themselves. As a young girl, she made a declaration to all the trees in her grandmother's country yard that she would one day travel the world and inspire girls everywhere! Ever since then, that's exactly what Tameka has done!

After graduating high school, Tameka joined the U.S. Navy, served her initial enlistment, and was able to impact the lives of women that she met along the way. After her enlistment, Tameka went on to become a highly-respected paralegal specialist, working in the private sector and government. After over 15 years working in the legal industry and, with a desire, Tameka resigned from Corporate America and began her entrepreneurial journey full-time.

Knowing that her voice holds value, Tameka began her speaking career at local events to empower more women. It wasn't long after that Tameka's vision grew.

Tameka Chapman endured an 18-year infertility struggle and, after experiencing more life-threatening challenges, Tameka knew that she was here for a reason, and understanding that assignment, she ensured that any message she provided to those who would listen was a positive one.

Tameka created Mogul TV Global Network, a streaming TV network for positive programming, and within its first year, it was named the #1 streaming TV network in the Mid-Atlantic for positive programming and it has now grown to over 325K+ viewers in over 45 countries! Mogul TV Global Network is home to coaches, consultants, and Christian Leaders with additional channels designed for millennials/GenZ and younger kids. Tameka produces TV shows, podcasts, and mini-docuseries, such as the "Owning Our Voices: Power in Unity" series that showcases the voices of phenomenal African-American men and women throughout the year.

Hosting her TV show, LAUNCH (the #1 mid-day business masterclass), which has been consistently viewed in over 45+ countries, Tameka uses her voice to bring light and breathe life into impactful conversations that enlighten, uplift, and transform the business mindsets of men and women across the globe.
